Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy describes how XOps Maestros expects to collect, use, disclose, and protect information across the waitlist, early-access, community, learning, mentorship, recruiting, and AI-assisted product experiences. Additional notices may apply when specific features launch.
Information we collect
During the waitlist and early platform phase, we may collect contact details, role or profile type, domain interests, organization details, communication preferences, submitted messages, and any context you choose to provide. Future product features may collect profile information, challenge submissions, project artifacts, review activity, ratings, community posts, recruiting workflow data, and usage events.
Profile, challenge, and recruiting data
Talents may provide professional profiles, resumes, project evidence, challenge work, and career preferences. Recruiters and organizations may provide company, role, shortlist, evaluation, and hiring workflow information. Mentors and Ops leaders may provide expertise areas, review notes, publishing content, and community contributions.
AI-assisted features
Maxie and other AI-assisted features may process prompts, profile context, resumes, role preferences, hiring context, or other content you provide in order to generate suggestions. AI outputs can be imperfect and should be reviewed before use in professional, hiring, or career decisions.
How we use information
We use information to manage waitlist access, communicate product updates, operate and improve the platform, personalize profile-specific experiences, support learning and mentorship workflows, enable recruiting features, prevent abuse, maintain security, analyze product usage, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, communication tools, professional reviewers, mentors, recruiters, organizations, or other users when a feature you choose to use requires that sharing. We may also disclose information to comply with law, enforce terms, prevent harm, or protect the platform.
Public and community content
Content you choose to publish in profiles, community areas, blog-style posts, comments, or shared project pages may be visible to other users or the public depending on the feature. Do not submit credentials, secrets, confidential employer information, private infrastructure data, or materials you are not allowed to share.
Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies
We may use cookies, analytics, logs, and similar technologies to understand traffic, measure product performance, remember preferences, protect sessions, prevent abuse, and improve the user experience. Browser settings may allow you to limit some tracking technologies.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the platform, maintain security, support user requests, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business purposes. Retention periods may differ by data type and feature.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should avoid submitting sensitive secrets, credentials, private keys, confidential employer data, or production infrastructure details.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of certain information where applicable. Some requests may require identity verification and may be limited by security, legal, operational, or recordkeeping requirements.
International users
XOps Maestros may be accessed by users in different regions. By using the platform or joining the waitlist, you understand that information may be processed in countries where our team, service providers, or infrastructure operate, subject to applicable law.
Children
XOps Maestros is intended for professional learning, career development, mentoring, and recruiting contexts. It is not intended for children, and users should not submit information for anyone who is not permitted to use the service.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, legal requirements, or product features evolve. Material changes may be communicated through the platform, website, email, or other appropriate channels.
