Judging criteria are inspired by what a serious live defense requires: neatness of submitted work, implementation excellence, originality, ownership of the implemented task, and proof that the talent actually did and understands the work rather than submitting copied AI output.

Yes. XOps Maestros encourages AI-assisted engineering because modern engineers should know how to use strong tools well. What remains non-negotiable is understanding, ownership, and the ability to defend every submitted implementation in a live mentor interview.
How is my talent rating calculated?+
Talent rating is shown through two systems: XMP, meaning XOps Maestros Points, and Verified Expertise Level. XMP is the average performance score from mentor-graded challenge submissions, so 85 XMP means an 85% average across graded work. Verified Expertise Level reflects the average difficulty of successfully submitted and mentor-graded challenges: beginner challenges carry 4 points, intermediate challenges carry 7 points, and senior challenges carry 10 points. Both appear on the talent profile so others can see performance quality and the level of challenge complexity the talent has proven.
